2x2x25 Kraft Long Shipping Boxes – Fold-Up Corrugated Mailers for DTF Rolls & Posters

Corrugated Indestructo Mailer

These 2x2x25" kraft shipping boxes ship to you as flat die-cut blanks to save storage space. To pack, fold the blank up around your item, tuck the interlocking tabs along the top to lock the shape, and run a single strip of tape down the seam. Done. No tape gun marathon, no crushed corners, no fighting round tubes.

Built for what you ship:

• Posters, prints, and rolled artwork up to 24 inches
• Blueprints, maps, and technical drawings
• DTF film rolls and transfer rolls on narrow cores
• Vinyl rolls, LED strips, and narrow banners

Why square beats round: Square kraft mailers stack flat, won't roll off a conveyor or workbench, give you a flat surface for labels, and pack tighter on pallets — less wasted space and fewer handling damages than round postal tubes.

Tuck-lock closure holds the box square before you even tape it, so it stays formed while you work. The sturdy kraft corrugated board resists crushing in transit, and the natural kraft surface grips tape and shipping labels cleanly.

Carrier-ready: Compatible with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon shipping requirements.
