Great Labels, Great Price

I use these labels mostly for my classroom crafts project so it seems unwise to pay so much money for something that will ultimately be tossed. These labels are true to size, easy to remove from the backing, and cover any writing or printing under the label.They fed through my black and white Brother laser printer and my Epson color inkjet printer smoothly and without issue. The color on both printers was true and did not rub off, even hot off the press , so to speak.It is nice to have a good product that gets the job done and doesn't break the bank!

I'm sold! on this brand of labels!

I'm always skeptical of "off-brand" stuff that is critical to other stuff -- things like labels getting stuck in a printer can cost hundreds of dollars of damages to the printer, while trying to save a few pennies on the no-name labels.But this brand - SVEL - is a good brand. I've now gotten 5 different sizes of labels from them, and have had no trouble whatsoever from any size.Their labels stay on the label backing throughout the printing process, yet easily peel off when you peel them off. I've even partially removed a label, then re-pasted it on the backing sheet and ran it through my laser printer, with no ill effect.The print looks just as good on SVEL labels as it does on Name-Brand labels, and the backing sheets are a tiny, tiny bit more flexible than on the name brand ones, so they go through the printer a bit easier.This particular label is a 2-per-sheet size (8.5 x 5.5 inches), so it makes great labels for box fronts when storing stuff, good size for complete address label for sending out packages, whether flat pack envelopes, or boxes by UPS, USPS, or other carriers. The labels stick well on most cardboard and paper surfaces, and don't "curl up" as some other cheap off-brands have done on me.As I said, I am SOLD on SVEL-brand labels!I do find that I have to search to see which side to print on, but these have the crease right at the middle of the page, so they are easy to determine which side to print on.

Perfect For Reusing Boxes

I do a lot of shipping and I reuse boxes to save money. These blockout labels are exactly what I needed to cover old labels and graphics on those boxes. They also make it easier to see the "fragile" labels that I often place on the boxes and you can cut them to size.

Great labels for printing

Great labels. The backing is a dark blue which helps to prevent any previous label from showing through, which is great for reusing boxes. The adhesive is great, I've had no issues with peeling or them wanting to come off. Each sheet is for two labels and already has the scoring.It worked in my average desk ink printer and had no issues. The print quality was great and showed the labels cleanly. These are good and reliable labels for anyone who makes a lot of labels.

Good labels that cover without adding unnecessary weight.

These do a good job of covering existing labels and barcodes. I thought they would just be thick, but they aren't - they're a normal-weight label but with a blue back that keeps anything behind it hidden, even when held up to light. The size listed is almost accurate - these are half-page labels (2 per page) that measure about 8.25" x 5.5". The adhesive seems to work well. I am happy with these labels.
